Indie&Co Studio Policies

It is my pleasure to have you as a guest! The studio policies are intended to enhance your experience . By booking an appointment with Indie&Co Studios LLC, you hereby acknowledge and accept all terms of service and policies. 

BRING A MASK!

Booking - Guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive services without the approval of a legal guardian. Proof of identification may be requested at staff discretion.

Service Deposit & Payment Options - All appointments (hair removal exempt) require a non-refundable deposit of $20, which is included in your service pricing. 

Indie&Co Studios accepts Paypal. Campaigned promotional codes may not be combined and are each limited one per qualifying client. Indie&Co will not accept checks or money orders.

Attendance – If you are a new guest, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete necessary intake forms. To all guests, please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes in advance of your appointment, as services will begin on time as a courtesy to the next guest. At your earliest opportunity, please inform us of your late arrival or if you will ultimately not be attending your appointment. I will only credit your deposit for rescheduling on the same or next business day. 

It's recommended that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon to ensure you have the appointment time that you most desire. If you are 15 mins late you will be asked to reschedule and may risk forfeiting your $20 deposit.

Good Vibes –  At your time of arrival, please conclude all cellphone calls and reduce notification volumes to vibrate or silent. We ask that you refrain from speaking or operating handheld devices loudly in the studio while waiting or receiving a service. Our goal is to maintain a distraction-free space for stylists and relaxing aura for you.  

Indie&Co loves children, though we kindly require that only guests receiving services be present. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it is required with your child’s safety in mind. In the event that you must bring a young child into the studio, please notify the staff prior to your appointment and provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional adult caretaker. Guests are responsible for the safety of their children at all times. Indie&Co will not be held responsible for any injury to unsupervised or non-serviced children. Unfortunately Indie&Co cannot provide childcare services. 

Cancellation –  We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. Please understand that this affects not only your stylist, but other guests as well. We kindly ask that you give us a 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance without next-day rescheduling will forfeit the $20 deposit for the time of service booked. Any “no-call, no-shows” will forfeit the $20 deposit for the time of service booked. All forfeitures of deposits require a new deposit placement when guest books their next appointment. 

Refunds - All sales are final. In some situations, a partial or full credit may be applied to a future service at the discretion of authorized upper management only.

Corrections - Stylists are able to further accommodate and apply corrections to services for a limit of 3 days after the initial appointment. After the 3 day Correction Period, your service is then billed as a 1 Week Infill. Please call the studio immediately and send photos of the area where correction is needed. This also applies to guests who may travel out of town after their appointment so that we may accommodate you. If the studio is not informed in the allotted time window, the offer of the complimentary correction will be forfeited.

Loss of Property - We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Indie&Co Studio staff are instructed to turn in any discovered items to upper management for placement in our Lost & Found box.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Indie&Co will not tolerate abuse of any kind towards our guests, staff, property or likeness.
